time sync problem

    time sync problem

    the entry and exit time in my account-performance-tab differ from that in the historical data manger about 15 sec.

    so, all my trades on the chart are not plotted correctly. they are all 15 sec. too early.

    so far i know zenfire has its own time-signal. obviously the dates in the account-performance tab are my local system-time, which is synced with a time-server.

    how to deal with that?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated and you may restart NinjaTrader.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      yes, i think now the time stamps are correct. the firewall blocked the time syncing - never thought of that, because there was no error message. thank you!
