Issues found in the Basic Entry window and its subwindows

Issues found in the Basic Entry window and its subwindows:

1. Basic Entry has no icon in the File>New menu whereas all the other entries in the File>New menu do.

2. The tab order of its buttons is off.

3. Its title is "BasicEntry". Expected is "Basic Entry".

4. The up and down arrows of the Limit entry box do not work.

5. The tab order in this dialog is off:



6. The tab order in this dialog is off, Esc does not close this window, and this window's icon is not NinjaTrader's icon:



7. Esc does not close this window:



8. The tab order of this dialog is off, this dialog is maximizable when it should not be, and when this dialog is closed by clicking Cancel and then reopened, focus is not restored to the "Find What" textbox. If the user closes this dialog by clicking the "X" instead of Cancel and then reopens this dialog, this dialog's title disappears.

I was able to replicate the items you mention here, but do have one remaining question on item number 3.

Please let me know where you are seeing Basic Entry listed as 'BasicEntry'.

Basic Entry...minor notes...

This is real minor stuff....noticed this in Basic Entry...the Buy button definition says "Place a buy order"...while the Sell button definition says "Place a sell limit order"....is the buy button also intended to be a limit order...??

Incidentally...the Basic Entry window is 2 pixels wider than the DOM...so they do not stack neatly...could be nice if they were the same width...
