Mail to support

I'd like to use the" Mail to Support" a trace and log file from a blowup I had yesterday... Keeps saying to enter my email address where?

Thank you for your post.

Likely, you need to configure the email options available in the Tools > Options > Misc tab.

In the meantime, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and attach those files manually.

You will find the log file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named 'log.YYYYMMDD.txt'.

You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt'.

Looks like the form that comes up for one to mail comes up with the top section above "Please enter any information that you feel with help us.............................
off the top the the screen.. This is where is wanted my email..

Put your Control Center right at the top of ur screen and u will see what I mean!!

Thank you for the clarification.

In the Mail to Support window, please make sure you have entered your address in the field labeled 'Your Mail Address'.

If this does not do the trick, please contact us via your standard email system and include the log and trace files manually.

Yep works good now.... This window shouldn't really be allowed to pop half of the form off the screen, since in this condition it looks like thats all there is on the form.
