huge bar at session open

The ticks could not be removed as I described in previous post, but I managed to work around the problem by creating a new session template that excludes the bad data outside the session.

You go to session manager.
Create a new template, and take model from the existing ones.

FYI, Zen-Fire is looking into the issue of the bad tick that occurs each morning as per Eurex instruments. Please see the forum thread below for more information.

My impression tells me that the issue started with b11.

OK, the error is simple: NT historical data will create a minute bar for the preopen FDAX and FGBL data also for Last. This is wrong as only bid and ask exist before open.
Then this minute bar becomes a value of zero and there you get the data spike.

I tried using the exlude bad ticks option, but this will not work as the actual tick data is correct. It is the minute bar that is wrong then.

There is no reason to speculate. This is a EUREX issue since this Monday where ZenFire is looking into in order to "filter the bad tick". I saw the same issue on NT6.5
