NT7Beta11 Dom does not have prices

Hi all:

NT7B11 issues in a short time
1. Charts and super dom do not synchronize , no prices on super dom.
When I try to close that super Dom and open another one, it crashes.
After restarting computer 2 times suddenly prices did update . So matter of lucky
2. When I set commission for simulator and zen fire does not calculates.
3.When I try mail to support , does not send the email say that failed.

So far on my Vista computer Beta 9 is the only one not causing problems

1. Please provide your log and trace files. If your SMTP server is not working please just attach the files directly. The are located in Documents\NinjaTrader 7\logs and \traces respectively. Thank you.

Hello Josh , I just sent to you [email protected] the trace files. Now about Item 2, Include commission it is already checked . Still not applying calculation to Pnl

Please make sure you set the commissions in the overall commissions tab of the Tools>Options menu. You can also try setting it in the Instrument Manager for your particular instrument as well.

For the crash, is there any information you can provide for us on how to reproduce? The traces notified something went awry with pressing a button on the SuperDOM.

Hello Josh, Finally I got that commission working on sim. Thank you so much Now the crash, I would say. Get a Vista home edition laptop and make fresh install. Them open a brand new chart GC04-10 , set Super static dom(zen fire) and that is when did happen. Chart was not moving, them after restarting and changing somethings on session manager did start working but them super dom would not show numbers. So far it is good now and did not crash again. I will keep you posted if does any wild behavior again
- When I did press close button on Super Staic Dom is when that exception appeared. I wanted close Super STic Dom to open another one and see if would work.

Development has made some code tweaks which should help prevent this in the future as well. If you run into it again on our next beta we would definitely like to hear about it. Thank you for your time and efforts.
