Problem with historical data

When creating a new chart here is what nt says. It used to work.

|0|4|Error on loading chart data for '6E 06-10 Globex': Error (errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data

Thank you for your post.

Please take the following steps and let me know if the issue remains.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

but it displays well the live data.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your current trace file.
You will find the file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file will be named 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt' (where YYYYMMDD is the most recent date available).
