There is logic in NinjaTrader that will determine which day timestamp to place on it based on the session template. It will try to tag it as the day with the day with a majority of the session template. In this case it would be the beginning date.

when designing a Session, should you revert to your
local timezone?, or, you can leave anyother timezone
and the program will offset it?

Any time zone is fine. The software will convert.
