On the Dynamic SuperDOM, the bid and ask aren't moving, the price will just go off and the bid and ask will stay put, if I use my mouse wheel and scroll up and down on the DOM, it then updates, but only if I keep scrolling, as soon as I stop, the bid and ask stop moving, I'm not sure if they stop moving altogether or if there is just a huge delay and they jump every now and then.
Using IB as my feed.
