    beta 10 thinks it is not connected....also thinks it is connected

    restarted NT... same problem

    Can you provide me with the steps I would need to take for this to occur on my end?

      1. trading live on zen since before open
      2. download data for today
      3. disconnect zen
      4. connect MR
      5. today's data replays fine
      6. disconnect MR
      7. connect zen for download rest of today...i.e. update to now
      8. bug

          Hi ATI user and hutson,

          Thank you both for your replies.

          I have not yet been able to reproduce this behavior.

          Are you leaving the same chart up or opening new charts between disconnecting and reconnecting?

          Is there any additional step missing from what has been provided thus far?

            blank workspace....i.e. no charts

            because you can not switch feeds with charts open without crash...per my other post

              Hi ATI user,

              Thank you for your reply and the clarification.

              These are the steps I am taking. Please let me know where I am missing a step.

              1.) Connect to Zen-Fire.
              2.) Open a new chart and download historical data for the day. (using ES 06-10)
              3.) Disconnect from Zen-Fire and close the chart.
              4.) Connect to Market Replay and open a new chart.
              5.) Disconnect from Market Replay and close chart.
              6.) Reconnect to Zen-Fire and open a new chart.

              When taking these steps, I do not receive the message.

              You mentioned that trades had been placed. Do you know if it matters if those executions occur on the Sim101 account?

                suggest you use NQ 06-10 as I am in case it is specific corrupt data file on server

                also, add step 7 ...i.e. download data....that is what generates the error msg

                      Thank you for your reply and the clarification.

                      I was not able to replicate this on my end, even when using NQ 06-10.

                      We did have a few brief outages of the server that provides replay data this morning.
                      If you would have ran through these steps at that time, you would have remained connected to Zen-Fire and would see the same message.

                      Is it possible that is what occurred here? Please try to replicate this again at your next opportunity and let me know what you see.
