Currency only starting at 14:20

Currency futures like 6E are only available at 14:20 until 21:00 while they should be available around the clock.
What's wrong here?

I'm using Zen-Fire Demo datafeed with latest NT7.


Is this because only Globex is selected in the Instrument Manager?

Which session templates are you using? The default instrument ones for the 6E?

I don't use any template. I even reset the instruments to default.

Session template property of the chart is: Use instrument setting.

As you create a chart you would have to select which session manager template to use, there's no way around as this defines session begin and end times to be used for chart creation. The default instrument one uses the CME FX Futures RTH settings, which you can review in the Session Manager. To see 24 hr charts, please use for example the 24/5 or 24/7 templates we offer, too.

Yes, just look up our master instrument settings under Tools > Instrument Manager, this will show you default session templates used.
