    no CL in NT7 betas?

I have been unable to populate data for any NYMEX crude oil (CL) months in NT7. Every chart starts with the next tick - real-time. Historical downloading does not have any effect on the graph. Other markets function smoothly, as in NT6.5.

Machine is running XP pro 64-bit SP2

    Anybody else have this issue?

    Thanks, BillM

        Hi Bill,

        Thank you for your reply.

I am able to receive historical data in tick and minute intervals for CL when testing with Zen-Fire on my end.

In what interval are you charting?

          CL data issue

          how bizarre...
          I have tried:
          minutes: 1, 5, 15
          tick bars: 150, 500
          vol bars, etc

oddly enough, there is no issue with NG....go figure, sic

I have the same issue with CL on both other workstations set up to test NT7 beta

            Hi Bill,

            Thank you for your reply.

I have a few more questions.

1.) Which version of the beta are you using? To check, click Help > About.

2.) Which expiry of CL are you charting?

3.) Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what do those messages report?

                Hi Bill,

                Thank you for your reply.

Please try opening a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and add a new chart of CL 04-10 there within.

In the new workspace, do you see the same behavior?

                  CL issue

Thank you for your help with this issue.

I see the exact same issue on all three of the workstations I have installed NT7beta10.

                    Hi Bill,

                    Thank you for your reply.

Understood, however, please try opening a new workspace anyway.

On these three PC's, have settings been transferred from one to another?

I have opened a new workspace, as well as a single new chart alone after a rebooted. All three machines are set up independently from each other.
