patsystem disconnected BUG

Could you please check the following scenario:

1. NinjaTrader connect to Patsystems account

(1.5. maybe not necessary: Place an order on your patsystems account)

2. Disconnect your Internet (for debugging purpose by unplugging the LAN, in real life by connection error)

3. Close NinjaTrader....


NinjaTrader will hang on this occasion and it is not possible to close NT except by killing its processs.

Andreas, unfortunately could not reproduce here - even in the connection loss event could close down NT as expected without issues. Which OS are you using as this happens for you?

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate

I tried to cancel an order on patsystem but due to a connection error I received the following message with "panic" (taken from trace)

So I wanted to close NinjaTrader while NinjaTrader probably still tried to connect to patsystems and to cancel the order. I would guess that this scenario blocked NT from exiting.

Andreas, we tried again to reproduce on Windows 7 but unfortunately same result for us - if you're flat please see if having positions running for example would be a 'make or break factor' in your scenario, thanks.
