    Open beta release date?

First off, sorry for repeating this question which you have probably received many times already. However, I have not seen the question lately.

When will there be an open, downloadable beta version of NT7? In a few days, in a few weeks or in a few months?

I am very much looking forward to the release as there are some crucial features I don't have in NT6.5. (For example, only being able to use instruments from a 722 instrument lookup list is totally crazy, what happened to the other 99,9% of all financial instruments in the world that can now not be used by Ninja Trader?)

Unfortunately I would not have a tentative data for you, but we believe our public beta phase is close.

I'm not sure I follow your thought on the instruments in 6.5 - those are just the defaults we have setup for you, you can of course (and many people do) add your own custom instruments (excluding options and spreads) to the limit what your connected broker / provider would offer.

Sorry, I probably exaggerated the limitations of NT6.5. All I knew before looking around is that I can not see instruments on any of the Scandinavian exchanges (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland etc) and assumed that the same goes for most other exchanges.

Anyway, thank you for the info and keep up the good work.

Thanks for the kind words and your feedback, correct those would unfortunately need to be added manually or via a list for quicker setup -

Wouldn't that be difficult as the exchanges (for example OMS for futures and SFB for stocks) are not supported, and neither is the correct currency (for example Swedish SEK)? Or is there a way to manually add exchanges and currencies as well?

It would depend on the connection used, custom exchanges and currencies can't be added unfortunately.
