tick and volume charts dont work

Hi
i am using zen-fire connection for this test.

Problem:
in charts only chart types based on 1 minute and above work. Everything special does not work, e.g. charts based on volume or ticks.
I do not see these options anymore in the chart menu. As well i cannot force the chart to use it by creating a new chart and setting it in the property fields of the data series. The data series will always go back to the 1 min chart and in some cases even get stuck.

To change to ticks you need to select a Tick interval from the Period Type in the Data Series window. It will then select ticks, then you type in however many ticks you want the chart to be.

If you are saying even that doesn't work, I suggest you do a 100% clean reinstall of NT7.
