No bars showing on the 240min

I am getting no bars on the 240 min chart, type in 230min and I get bars but 240 shows no bars this is with Days to Load set to 40.

Change the Minutes to 800 and bars start showing.

Go back to 240 minutes but set the Days to Load to 50 and bars start showing.

But using the default 40days, I get no bars for 240minutes

What instrument and what session profile are you using? I just tested using ES 03-10 with default session which is the RTH and it worked as expected.
