NT7 Beta 10 Market Replay shutdown on start

Josh,

I had "Kevin - TF Market Hours" work space loaded (it should be in the backup file that I uploaded to mediafire in earlier post) with 6 charts open then I run Market Replay. As soon as I selected Market Replay I would get the "shutdown" popup window.

To work around this problem, I had "Kevin - TF No Chart" work space loaded then I run Market Replay. After replay was launch, I then open "Kevin - TF Market Hours" work space. Then, replay would work as expected.

However, the work around would create another problem. The End Date in Data Series would get stuck at the replay date I chose. So, when I run with live data price didn't get update on charts. I had to manually change the End Date to current date for them to work. Also, the End Date happened to 4 of the 5 charts. One chart was fine (15min)

Hmm. Do you guys have charts open before connecting to MR? Is it happening immediately on connect? Is it happening when you move the slider bar? Or is it happening when you use the GoTo function?

Can you guys provide me with the exact workspace you are using to reproduce the error? Thank you.

hcgaloi: Thanks for sending in your setup. We could reproduce an issue and at this time suspect that it would be related to workspaces getting corrupted BEFORE B10.

Could you please try this:
- set up a new workspace pretty much the same you're using now
- see if you run into that issue using the new workspace as well

I did per your request and found two issues:
First, I created a completely new workspace (Kevin - TF Market Hours") with five charts and modified Chart Properties and Data Series. Then, I saved chart templates and work space. Next step, I run Market Replay, and as soon as I did that the "shutdown" message popped up.

Second, I close the above work space and exit NT7 then performed the following steps:
1) Run NT 7 Beta 10
2) Created new workspace (File->new workspace)
3) Create one new chart
4) Modified Chart Properties and Data Series
5) Loaded indicators
6) Saved chart template
7) Saved work space, named "CreatedByBeta10" (in the link below)

Then, I run Market Replay, instantly, all chart settings were cleared and indicators were gone. I have attached two images for you to see.
Figure 1 showed chart after settings and indicators were completed.
Figure 2 showed chart as soon as I launched Market Replay.

Thanks for your feedback. I believe we isolated the cause of trouble and applied a fix which will be available with next update.
