    Reload Historical Data Greyed out

    Hi guys

    Anything up with the historical data server this morning, I'm on latest NT beta, when I connect up to my MBTrading Live connection the data between now and yesterday evening is not backfilling and the option to "reload historical data" is greyed out. I have found a number of similar reports on the forum and have followed the recommended set of steps, rebooting, repair DB etc. but to no avail. This is the first time I am experiencing this.

    Same problem here, using zenfire. "Reload All Historical Data" is greyed out, I have only a few data bars for yesterday (up to 08:14 UK time), and no historical data loaded for today.

      Thanks guys, I'm seeing the same on my NT7 here - we'll check into.

        Same thing on my end with zenfire. I also tried download replay data, and got error message "please connect to a data feed or broker first"

          Still a problem at 8:30 EST... is there any idea of what the problem might be yet?

                    Tried to see if this issue has been resolved yet and the link is gone.....

                      Yes, as the issue is completely resolved - please restart NT 7 fresh and reconnect you should be able to connect to the 7 data server just fine. Thanks

                        Where can I find this NT7 Data server?
                        It is not in my list of possible data sources.

                          Wessel,

                          If you have Zen-Fire for instance, you have the option to select it in the Account Connection setup for it.
