Market Replay - Chart/Workspace Issue

I just ran into an issue with Market Replay where none of my charts will initialize.

See attached.

All charts refuse to load and when I exit out of replay and reconnect to Zen-Fire, the chart will still not load.

Had to recreate my workspace.

Here are the steps that cause this issue (twice)

- Connect Simulated Data Feed
- Utilities - Download replay Data
- Disconnect Simulated Data Feed
- Connect Replay
- Charts will not load
- Create new charts, works great.
- Exit Replay
- Connect Zen-Fire
- Only the chart that I created after connecting to replay works correctly. The others still do not load.

Could you please provide us with exact steps to reproduce:
- When to open charts which you use in your step 5 ?
- charts have which instrument & period type ?
- replay data for which day(s) ?

I tried to log into Zen-Fire but it was down for maintenance.
I connected to the Simulated Data Feed.
Downloaded 1 weeks’ worth of replay data from your server
6E 2/15 - 2/19 - Did not download TF nor FDAX data even though I had those charts in my workspace
Disconnected from Simulated data feed
Connected to Replay
Crash
Sent Log and trace files to support
Reset database
Logged into replay
Charts would not load (6E -1 Min Heiken Ashi, 6E 250 Volume Heiken Ashi, same for TF & FDAX)
Created new 6E 1 Min Chart.
Replay worked correctly only on the newly created 6E 1 min Heiken Ashi chart
Disconnected from replay
Connected Zen-Fire
Only the chart I had re-created worked. The remainder of my charts (6E & TF & FDAX were stuck with the Loading Data prompt.)

Deleted all charts in my workspace and recreated them.
