Historical data manager download

Hello,

I have the ES ##-## instrument with minute data from 01/01/97 to 31/12/2009. So now I want to append the data from Jan 2010. I am trying to do it with the download option in Historical Data Manager, but, despite the fact I do not get any error message, the data is not appended to the instrument. I am using Zen Fire.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you want to import into ES ##-## or do you want the date going to ES 03-10 ?

Then here is what I suggest:

- Tools > Historical Data Manager
- Export ES 03-10 and change the instrument name portion of the save file from ES 03-10 to ES ##-##
- Then Import this file
