NT7B9 Deleted Pivots indicator but it keeps coming back

2 issues

1. After upgrade I got an error while compiling my indicators that NT Pivots indicator has an error:

Indicator\@Pivots.cs	The name 'Enabled' does not exist in the current context	CS0103 - click for info	99	6

I opened it and indeed there is no Enabled variable defined anywhere.

2. I deleted this indicator from the disk and everything compiled fine but it keeps coming back with 2/4/2010 modification date.

Why does my Pivots have an error in it and why does it keep coming back?

Hi Tim, the 'Enabled' is part of the Indicator base class and should not need a separate variables definition - is this the pivots file as shipped per default with beta 9 or did you download the custom pivots CS file we shared start of the month on those beta forums here?

I don't think I've downloaded any pivots indicators. Besides that why would the downloaded one and not the native NT one be restored if I delete it? The indicator is attached in my original post if you want to make sure.
