DX not updating

On any time frame DX is not updating unless I reload Historical Data .... bar timer on a 1 min chart starts at 36 secs after reloading hist. data then downticks to "0" then hangs at "0" and no new bar or real time price update.

Do you see any DX Level 1 data when you're connected live in the Control Center?

Hi Bertrand, No data for DX in Control Center....I use Zenfire as primary data feed and eSignal as backup.

For ZenFire please ensure the DX 03-10 is added with the Nybot exchange selected to your default list, then recheck if Level 1 data comes into your Control Center, works for me here...

Yes Nybot is checked....made no changes in the instrument manager and have had DX 3-10 in instrument list for months. Only today have I had problems with updating.
