External Data Feed: Daily charts does not pick up any data

If I use external data feed , and push through data with LastPlayback the minutes charts working right but the daily charts does not getting any data. Am I miss something?

The daily charts working now , but the problem is that when I restart ninjatrader , the charts are blank.
I see the external pushed data in the historical data manager , but the charts shows nothing.
The "save chart data as historical" is checked , tried to uncheck and check the "get data if available" , in both case the charts remain blank.

Do you know a workaround for that?

Please check your chart's session templates and also ensure you have proper date range for that chart.

All right ,every chart templates set to 24/7 and 365 day.

STEP1:
clean database , connected to external , data pushed , everything is working.

STEP2:
ninja restarted : minutes chart shows data , no daily charts

STEP3:
connected to external: both charts gone blank , found no way to display any data , even if I open new chart , it drops an error and remain blank.

I don't understand what do you suggest , use ES 03-10 which would override everything with historical backfill data right away when I connect to external?

There is no data for "TEST" instrument on our data server which throws the errors.

Dierk , probably I was not clear , I just want ninja to show the external pushed data , nothing else.
NT6.5 can do this , NT7 can't.

Sorry I don't follow. When you have a license which would connect to our data server then ANY chart on the external data feed would try pulling historical data from there. This is expected behavior. If you tried that for an instrument which is not supported by the data server, then you would get error below.

Note: the issue where the daily bar for today was not built was in NT since day 1. So it unlikely had been working with NT6.5

So if the daily chart goes blank after I restart ninja (see STEP1 and STEP2 below) , that's a normal , since day 1 expected behavior? In that case of course I have no more question.

On an empty DB, where you manually added "TEST" instrument, connect external data feed and opened chart: then your should not see any data on but error messages below since the NT data server does not support this "TEST" instrument
