feed change removes indicators

while strategies persist, and even increase in number when changing feeds, beta9 feed change removes all indicators

I am not sure what you mean. Changing feeds has nothing to do with what indicators are on your chart or not. You can have a chart with an SMA, connect Zen, switch to eSig, switch to Replay, doesn't matter. Your SMA will still be on the chart.

correction....changing feeds SHOULD not have any impact on indicators

3 of us today all had same problem....i.e. connect zen....run ind on chart....disconnect zen...connect MR...ind gone

Could not reproduce with Zen, Replay, and many other connections. Please provide exact steps with standard NT indicators. For custom indicators you should check your Control Center logs for errors.

Suggestion

Not sure if what they had was due to error in their log. But I know sometimes I do forgot to "watch" the log tab from time to time.

Here's a suggestion that may help reduce false bug reports - anytime there is an error in NT log, have a sound play for such an event (configurable of course like rest of sound events where you can turn on/off). That way when error occurs, we'll have a hint to check the log tab for details because we heard this clue.
