    I have a CL 15 minute HeikenAshi chart, scale set to automatic in the properties. When I select the global crosshair the chart starts to automatic resize so that the scale goes from $70 to $160000 and everything is condensed into a fine line. When I unselect the cross hair and just use pointer, chart snaps back to a normal automatic scale range of 70-65?

    It did not use to do this, but I did turn on the chart trader and the problem started shortly after that and persists despite the chart trader being turned back off.

    Any chance I hit some weird setting that is causing this?

    I am unable to reproduce at this time. Can you provide additional information? Please inform me as to all the settings you have for the chart, scale properties, etc. Thank you.

    Also, was this during live markets? After markets? Were you connected to a data feed? Custom indicators on chart? Strategies?

      Yes connected to IB during regular mart hours - and still now as well. Also have stochastic, MACD and 20,50,200 EMA on chart, no custom indicators/strategies. Just a standard CL 03-10 chart. Does it with our without HeikenAshi selected. Basically, as soon as I put the cross hairs on and move the mouse in any direction it starts collapsing like crazy!

      Again, only started after I employed the chart trader. Does not do this on any other charts within that workspace?

      Might be easier for you to just log-in to my machine and look at what it is doing?

        UPDATE

        I think I have fixed the problem. OOn my chart I had the scale as Log. When i switched the scale back to linear the problem stopped. When i switched the scale back to Log there is also now no problem.
