Bug: Paint issues with strategy arrows when using Global cursor

There seems to be a paint bug in NT7 beta 8 with the strategy arrows/lines when using global cursor.

To reproduce:

* Pull up 2 charts, in my case I chose 2 identical 5 tick brick Renko charts
* I used 60 days as my history
* Add the SampleMACrossOver strategy with default values
* Turn on Global cursor for both charts so you can visualize the trades are the same across charts
* Try either using the mouse scroll wheel or Page Up/Dn keys to flip thru the charts
* Notice that one or the other chart seems to have painting issues with the trade lines/arrows

I use the above technique all the time in NT 6.5 to compare against trade differences when tweaking a strategy, etc.

Since you guys are having hard time replicating this, I decided to carefully document this issue I'm seeing with a screencast with my voice + text annotations within the video to point out the scenario. I've replicated this behavior in both beta 8 and 9.

I think you are running into a known issue with strategy executions not being plotted.

FYI, this issue still exists as illustrated in video with beta 10. Tested with 1 min and 5 Renko FDAX 03-10 with SamplaMACrossOver defaults and flipped on global cross cursor.
