changes in panel location where Indicators are displayed

After connecting to Market Replay Connection:
Using File > Utilities Download (make sure the date on replay does not overlap with the new download data)
When I run replay my indicators are squished into only 2 panels below the chart.

I do not like the new format for adding indicators - specifically using add in new panel. Rather have an explicit control: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 etc. Because many tie I want to change the order. Not versed in how this can be done with drop and drag.

NT7b8 forgets the panels where indicators belong

When some of my charts have multiple indicators in different windows, the arrangement is lost whenever the chart is refreshed. For example, if there is one indicator in each of panels 2, 3, 4, and 5, after the chart is refreshed, there might be 2 indicators in panel 2, 2 indicators in panel 3, and panels 4 and 5 will have vanished... or something like that. Results vary.

By "refreshed" I mean redrawn after changing an indicator setting or reloading Ninjascript. Or when reloading the workspace.

The indicators seem to be getting lonely. Maybe that is why two, or sometimes three of them crowd together in one panel.

Was not seeing this in Beta 6. Don't know about Beta 7, which I skipped.

      ZTrade101,

Drag and drop is very simple. Select the indicator you want to move and move it and drop it to the panel you want it to be at. If you want it in a new panel at the bottom drag it to the horizontal panel splitter and that region will turn blue indicating a new panel will be created. The same panel splitter behavior exists between panels or on the very top of the chart as well.

      Ricam,

Please provide reproducible steps. I've created a chart with many panels and many indicators on each. Pressing F5 to reload NinjaScript does not move any indicators. Thank you.

        That is so easy

        O.k Josh,

I get it. Even if they get al put into one panel select one and move it where ever. Thank you so much that is really easy and useful. I do like this new option.

Aligning Multiple Indicators in One Panel

If there are multiple indicators in one panel of a window, I want the option of having the zero lines of all of the indicators to automatically remain coincident.

Can they be locked in this manner?

You would have to push the scales of the indicators into fixed scales to achieve this. Dragging on the y-axis for the indicator will push it into the fixed scale.

Thought that is what I did. I moved both to = zero positions. Look at the snip.

Looks to me as if the scale you are using would not get the zero lines to coincide. You will want to use even range for max/min to get the zero line into the center and then align all your indicators to have that zero line in the center.

                I.e. indicator A could have 100 max, -100 min.
Indicator B could have 200 max, -200 min.
Zero line would be in the center for both.
