Moving plot within chart window

I'm new to 8.7. Is there a way to move the price bars within the chart window (without changing the scale)? When I expand the scale or zoom (for instance) the price bars move to an area below which is viewable.

I did not quite understand what you meant. How are you trying to move the chart? You can drag the chart left and right. If you want to drag the actual bars you can put it onto different scales and such.

I want to move the chart vertically without changing the scale, i.e., to center the plot vertically (a feature available in TradeStation).

Please hold CTRL then grab the y-axis up/down.
