Drawing objects behind price

Hi,

I put all my drawing objects behind price. Then as soon as I switch from an intraday chart to a daily chart all of the drawing tools go back to the default layer (in front of price).

I would be great if there was an option to set drawing tools to plot behind price by default.

Is this a bug? Changing timeframes and everything that was put to the back level comes back in front?

Actually, I just tried with some line objects here and was unsuccessful. My line persisted to be on a lower z-order level despite changing to different time frames. Please clarify steps to reproduce. Thanks.

So you changed it from an intraday to a daily or weekly or vice versa?

That is correct. I did that. Any additional information you can provide?

Start on a 60M chart and put a few drawings on the chart and send them back to the last level. Then change the chart to a daily chart. Then change back to a 60M chart. When you change back to the 60M chart the drawings will be on the top level.

Hi tommyjames !

The problem you described in post #7 is fixed and the fix will be available with the next update of NinjaTrader. This could happen when a bar series template for the period type switched to was in place.
