This error comes into play when accessing the strategy UI to change a parameter. It is some what unpredictible when it will occur. It is likely to occur after a trade has failed or rejected for some reason like trying to apply two limit orders to an equity trade. The next access to the UI after the trade failure will trigger the error.

Another example is "reseting" a simulation account while a strategy with that account is loaded in the Control Center strategy tab. After reseting, the strategy will be gone from the strategy window. Close and restart NT, load the strategy, enter the UI to edit parameters, and the error will appear.

There are other occurances but my memory cannot recall the sequences. It always seems to be connected with the aftermath of an unusual event.
