Error loading strategies in control panel strategies tab using NT7 rev 7

I just installed NT7 rev 7 and tried add a strategy in the strategies tab for CL 03-10 in the control panel and I get this really weird error

2/1/2010 10:12:34 AM|0|4|Failed to execute DB job 'StrategyUpdateJob': Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

All my strategies would load with no issues in rev6.

Thanks the reinstall of NT7 fixed the issue. Thanks so much for the link. Should have thought of that earlier.
