BIP/order bug

There is BarsInProgress/order bug in the beta7.

If you run the attached test strategy in NT6.5 the output will be:

OnBarUpdate BIP:1 2010.01.20. 3:29:00
OnOrderUpdate BIP:1 2010.01.20. 3:56:00

and the same strategy in NT7beta7 will print this:

OnBarUpdate BIP:1 2010. 01. 20. 18:51:00
OnOrderUpdate BIP:0 2010. 01. 20. 18:50:00

OnOrderUpdate() is not tied to any specific BIP context. It may or may not have worked in 6.5, but is irrelevant for working out of OnOrderUpdate().
