I am using NT 7.0.0.7 with Barchart CME data feed. I have NOT subscribed to Market Depth.
A Basic Entry window will show Ask, Bid, Last and update those values real time.
If I open a Static SuperDom window it correctly displays the Last trade realtime, but the Bid and Ask values remain locked at their original values (no update). See attachment. I would have thought that if this was due to me not subscribed to Market Depth then the Basic Entry window would also not update Bid/Ask either, but it updates correctly.
Also, when I initially connect with Static SuperDom it gives me an initial Market Depth which also remains locked in place. I wish this would go away but it doesn't (see near the top of the SuperDom in the attachment).
Perhaps this would not be a problem if I subscribed to Market Depth with BarChart - I don't know.
