connect at startup crash

Installed 7.7, clicked on connections, zenfire, connect on startup, also made zenfire my backup for hist data in case primary feed disconnects (just wanted to see what would happen).

It started to crash, program became spotty, restarted it, then clicked on desktop shortcup to begin, opening splash window startedup, but the work area never loaded, but ninjatrader.exe is in the processes.

Had a similar scenario but in my case it was the firewall not letting Ninja connect to Zenfire, and ultimately causing the system to hang. I fixed the problem by adding a rule or exception to the firewall program so that Ninja goes through unhindered as a trusted process.
