Trading SB 03-10 with Interactive Brokers IB

Hi there! I am running a trading strategy on Sugar SB 03-10 trading with Interactive Brokers. After receiving an execution NT will show a position in SB 02-10 but not SB 03-10. After the strategy execution the strategy does not know that it is long SB 03-10. This is probably the same issue like the one with CL. This was circumvented by using the IB symbol CL|||1 (instead of CL). Now I tried using SB|||1 instead of SB in the instrument settings but it I still have the same problem. Which is the correct symbol to use in NT for "Sugar No. 11) for IB? Please advice what I have to set up in the instrument manager in order for NT to recognize the correct contract (SB 03-10 instead of SB 02-10). Regards wtmnn

wtmnn, is this on the latest NT7 7 beta in connection with TWS 900.6?

Do you get live market data from IB as expected for the SB on the Nybot?

Please also check directly in the TWS.

Hi Bertrandt. We are currently still working with NT7 Beta 6 in connection with TWS 900.6. Yes, SB on Nybot. We receive market data in TWS for both contracts SB 02-10 and SB 03-10. Regards, wtmnn

The above fix should work the same way for other affected contracts as well - did you restart NT 7 fresh after the mapping change?
