Odd Pointer Problem Ocassionally...

My pointer will very occasionally turn into a little box (looks like a very tiny chart in a box) on one chart only...OK on all other charts...cannot figure out what triggers it or how to fix it..has happened maybe 5 times so far....

In the video and screen shots below, the box appears about twice the size it does in actuality for some reason...

Update...shutting down and restarting NT cures it...back to the normal pointer on that chart now...
