is there a way to pickup the 3rd party ID from code?

in 7 you can append a code word onto you machine ID under Help/Third Party ....Comment

Unfortuantely this is not supported. However, here is a hint: you could retrieve it e.g. like this (or some similar code):
Code:Cbi.Globals.ConfigFile["NinjaTrader"]["VendorLicenses"][<VendorName]>["UserID"]
