Renko bars offered?

Does the new version have Renko bars? I have the ver 6 add-in renko, but it is not usable since it does not update in real time (meaning no tick by tick update).

It has. Renko and Kagi and 3 line break.

Look into tifmeframe type in data series... where the ticks seconds minutes etc...

I would like to know why the in the onbar update it does not really give you access to the data of the chart. Did a little test programme to just capture the high, low, close and open on the onbar update.

It just gives you the previous bar between when it changes color from red to green. You can not find the point where it actually changes from red to green or even the little up and down moves to get there .... not real useful to create a strategy from.

Is there a way to get at these points?

It also would be nice to know what triggers the onbarupdate on these kagi charts? Can't really make heads or tails what its triggering on?

Reason it works "weird" is because it is a bar type that can retrace itself and wipe out its own values set. Suggest you try watching it on the Simulated Data Feed and use the Data Box over the last bar to see how it reacts to different types of price changes.

You will not be able to access the reversal green>red color point.
