on the fly instruments with IB

In NT65 it would create on-the-fly instruments and when connected to IB would bring in the charts fine without any other work involved.

In NT7b6.. it will add the instrument to the instrument manager (without the 'on the fly' text like in 6.5)...

But instead of the stock chart loading I get a "Please assign an additional exchange to this instrument.." message. The instrument appears to have only Default checked which is the same as shown in 6.5.
Tried both TWS 898 and 900.

This is correct behavior. There was a bug with the 6.5 behavior though it allowed you to chart, if you tried to trade live with such a stock would cause issues. You have to set the proper exchanges for IB on these on the fly stocks.
