Also, after I got the "Error on reloading data: Unable to retrieve data (ServerConnectionIsBroken)" message, I tried to exit the downloads screen by clicking on the "X" and got the message "Download in Progress. To abort please do so in the Control Center." I thought this was a little funny, but it eventually finished doing what it was doing and let me exit the screen (clicking "abort" at the lower right of the Control Center screen didn't seem to speed things up at all, but did contribute a nice placebo effect to my mood while waiting.)

Historical Data - Error reloading data - ServerConnectionBroken
I just got this message and it appears to be on just one particular day's tick data for the ZB 03-10 contract (all other ZB data from Jan 1, 2010 to present loaded without errors.)
Also, after I got the "Error on reloading data: Unable to retrieve data (ServerConnectionIsBroken)" message, I tried to exit the downloads screen by clicking on the "X" and got the message "Download in Progress. To abort please do so in the Control Center." Just to make sure, I just restarted NinjaTrader V7B6 and did nothing else first (no workspace loaded by default), and the problem still exists.
I also tried reloading the same ZB data with just ZenFire (i.e., disconnected Gain data feed first) and it still exists.
I noticed that the screen shot I gave you earlier had only part of the message about the index being outside the bounds of the array, so I've reattached it.

KBJ,
I tested on my end and had a colleague test on his and we were unable to reproduce. I suggest you try a fresh reinstall.
Also, are you having intermittent internet issues that may cause a loss of connection to our data servers? Maybe anti-virus/firewall blocking some traffic?Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I'm on a Verizon FIOS connection and not having any intermittant Internet issues, and there is no virus or firewall software installed on the test machine in question.
I tried using Setup.exe "repair" option. Didn't help.
I moved all of the files related to the ZB 03-10 instrument of data type tick for 01/19/2010 to another folder and tried to re-download the data for that day, and it successfully downloaded the Bid and Last data and again fails when I try to download the Ask data.
I then used Setup.exe to do a "remove" option, and then re-ran Setup.exe to again install V7B6.
By the way, it's still getting the following error message that appears each time after I start trying to download the Ask Tick data, and it is:
1/21/2010 9:56:24 PM Default Connection to NinjaTrader historical market data server lost: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
Are you and your colleague using the same V7B6 that I'm using?
