History loads again and again

I have a problem:

NT7.6beta connected with IB.

I have to download via FGBL-tab everything downloaded from 01.12.2009 until 15.01.2010 (minutes and days).
I am now back tests for this period, he loads the data again.
Backtest again, it loads the data again, and so on.
Why? The historical data are still there? If I disconnect I get the same result, then he takes the existing historical data.
The realod annoying because of the IB limits.

In Manual for NT 6.5:

NinjaTrader will load data when:
1.“Format Data Series” contains the current day
2.“Format Data Series” contains the last day of data available in your database
3.The database contains no data within 3 days of the “From” date

This points are in my minds.

But every time NT7 reload data from IB.
For example: I have complete history of FGBL from 1/1/2009 to 1/1/2010.
Now I run a backtest from may to july in 2009.
Then NT7 reload the historica data from IB again.
This cost a lot of time and often reach the IB-historicaldownload limit.

I only way to deal this problem is, to disconnect NT7 from IB.
Now NT7 works only with database-historical-data. Its works fine...

Please open up your Historical Data Manager and take a look at the FGBL instrument node. Please see exactly which dates you have data for. Can you please confirm you are not running into rule #3 based on the available nodes in the HDM?

Now it works without Data-Reloading, I don't know why...
