Recent problem loading data after live disconnect.

Last two days have had an identical problem...1 chart NQ 10-03 44 tick chart...custom session for globex hours...cut out all the time the market does not trade...after shutting off live data, wanted to change chart to a 33 tick...but then it is stuck loading data..closed workspace, started live data and opened workspace again...now all NQ charts in that workspace are stuck loading data....
same identical thing happened yesterday...had to delete workspace. A new NQ chart in that workspace will not load either.

Wondering if has to do with custom session globex...never had this problem when using 24/7 data...though my suspicion is that 24/7 data leads to the odd chart super compression appearance occasionally when one changes chart periods...perhaps the program does not know what to do with all the empty space on weekends to set regular time frame increments for equidistant false charts ??...instrument settings do not seem to give one those problems....

Any ideas ??...

Ray...that workspace works OK now to load any period with custom session...maybe a false alarm...thanks...
