Indicator Panel Selection - New Panel

When selecting the panel to put an indicator on, sometimes the option of "New panel" is not displayed.

I like using "New panel" to reorder the indicators on a chart without having to explicitly change the panel numbers (which gets progressively more messy the more indicators there are), and this works some of the time, but at other times the "New panel" option is not displayed (see attachments).

I don't know if this is a feature or a bug, but I would like to see it changed to where "New panel" is always an option for an indicator's panel placement.

It is not displayed when there is no new panel to create. When an indicator is the only one in a panel for example. In this case, the logic would be to move it to another panel or, re-arrange the panels, via right click on the right margin.

Thanks for letting me know about the right click in the right margin feature.

It's something I didn't know about, and I like it!
