dom won't populate

dom won't populate untill a trade is executed. I verified this with time and sales. zen-fire.
in the pic you can see Russ2000 selected but its showing euro prices. as soon as a trade came across time and sales the dom was acting normal. I have seen the blank dom before.

Based on the time stamp of the image, I suspect this is after regular market? Does this happen only as you have an open DOM and you switch from market A to market B?

correct, after regular hours. no, it was that way at startup of NT

I can't reproduce however, I have made a few tweaks that I believe should address this issue. Please let me know if you continue to see this behaviour after our next update is released.

not certain but it might only happen when starting in global sim mode and then switching to live account?

its 7:41 est and still same thing with TF, all other instruments update on same dom, new workspace since first reporting problem. NT 7.14, beats me..

bobbethgoo, thanks providing those updates - did you already check with the TF 06-10 contract moved completely fresh to the default list in the Instrument Manager?
