chart not updating

I opened my workspace this morning and the DOM was correct with everything working fine. However, one chart was not updated, it was days behind and missing data and the current price was not plotting. The other chart was working fine. This happened last week to me as well.

What is strange is that on the chart trader for the chart the bid/ask is correct and working fine. Just the graph is not updated.

I closed out of NT and reopened. This time all the charts were not updating and had wrong prices. The DOM however was fine.

I repaired database but that did not fix it.

Any suggestions.

Yes it was beta six. Somehow it started working again, however I did get a chart with a big red X thru it before I got it to work again. I did not change anything so, I don't know exactly what the problem was.

Since this happened last week too, I will monitor it a bit further and let you know if it persists.

You have a bug here. Today I opened NT7 and called up a new chart. It was not updating. However the DOM was acting fine and the bid/ask was updating in the chart trader window. I then uninstalled NT7 and reinstalled it.

I then opened up a saved workspace and the charts were updating fine, but only for those charts that were saved in the workspace. However when I went to add a NEW chart, the price and bar formations were not updating on the NEW chart.

What is happening here and how do I fix it?

When the market opened, the prices started updating on the chart.

....and yes my chart settings were set at 24/7 all along.
