Tradestation External Data Feed for CL not Loading

I installed the Tradestation Stategy to get data for NT7. It works for all futures that I tested except CL. I'm not sure why. It works in NT6.5.

Edit: Please try this: Tools->Instrument manager->CL->Merge option: set to DontMerge.

Please also ensure to remove the external symbol map for QM if it's set to CL also, then retest - thanks

I removed CL from QM map and set it to DontMerge. Also I had to make sure that the External mapped symbol for CL is blank. http://img64.yfrog.com/i/76338156.png/

I think the DontMerge was the most critical because it doesn't work if not set.

Also, I had to make sure I loaded the right month. It defaults to Jan as we should use Feb.

Thanks for the reply - the External map for CL should be set to the TS base name, so CL.

The External map for QM (mini crude) should be empty - additionally please run on the individual contract in TS and select your CL 02-10 for example in the Control Center, then go to TS and then toggle the status of the TS External feed strategy off / on - do you get Level 1 data then displayed in NT 7 beta6?

I only get dom data for the ES contract for some reason. CL, GC, NG, NQ all don't work. Also the data isn't correct I don't think.

On side note, for soybeans, NT has it listed as ZS. On TS it's "S". However it all still works. I think the TS ELD is magically good.
