In trying to get my unsupported indicator to work I have found something that is interesting.
My indicator uses x,y co ords from a set of mouse clicks.
If I alter the plot override in order to try and get the correct bar ( so far failed to do this correctly) and F5 the chart; the indicator does not always work with the revised code unless ALL the charts with the indicator are suitably re compiled.
It took me a while to work this out but just thought users should know.

Reason: Indicators setting are maintained as you press F5. "Plots" and "Lines" are considered indicator settings as well.

Apolgoies Dierk - I swear there is a bug but it is sporadic and really tricky to define. As chart control is unsupported I shall try and nail down what's happening as I go through altering my code.
In essence what happens is that I change the code, press F5 on 1 chart and sometimes the indicator performs weird tricks.
If I press it on the second chart sometimes it corrects to what the code should do , sometimes not.

Please stay clear of chasing anything related to changing code which has impact on indicator settings as per below: you then should NOT press F5 but remove/add the indicator to see the impact you are looking for (always has been like that).
