Chart Time - sync problem

Hi,

This is a strange one and is not consistent.

Every now and again a chart seems to lose bar time sync and when that happens it shows the same time for each bar in the session concerned (which is the time of the last bar of the session). It doesnt happend for all sessions on the chart, just one which is generally the last or last -1 session.

I have not yet been able to consistently reproduce that so I can not yet describe the steps to illustrate however it does seem to be confined to bars that are built from Ticks.

I will post again when I can reproduce.

Anyone else seen this issue?

To clarify: Are you saying every bar of a session then would have the same bar time stamp (confirmed by chart data box)? Which interval would this be on? 1 min? else?

Hi Dierk,

Yes - every bar has the same timestamp. I will post a screen shot next time it happens.

As mentioned in first post it seems to happen only on charts built from ticks - ie - I havent seem this occur on minute charts.

Also:
- you are on latest NT7B6?
- you have not "played" with custom @BarTypes or @ChartStyles so there would be chance that you're running on custom variations of the above?
- please make sure your PC lock is sync'ed
