Chart Trader overnite position problem MBTrading

Using chart trader, and MBTrading live, NT7v6, MB Navigator 11.3.0.4

Buy at market BGU.
Hold position overnite.
Next day the chart trader position indicator line, on the chart, shows 0 for avg price.
This causes the chart to scale from 0 to current price, which results in very small price bars, and thus an unreadable useless chart.

Staying connected to MBT while MBT resets their servers was not supported with NT6.5 and still is not with NT7.

I had exited NT at about 6:00 pm EST, and restarted NT about 9:00 am EST.
MBT resets their server around midnite.
So I was not connected during MBT server reset.

Thanks. To clarify: As you reconnected MBT reported an open position with price of 0?

If so, then
- please send logs and traces e.g. by Help->Mail to support, reference this thread, subject "for Dierk"
- which instrument was this?
- around what time was this?

Thanks for your logs and traces. I clarified with MBT support: This is a NT bug which will be fixed with next update. Thanks for reporting.

Just to clarify the MBTrading time based operations on their side. All times are EST

- 6:00 AM there is a physical reboot of the servers.
- 4:58 PM - 5:06 PM forex rollover suspension of live orders and order entry (not a reboot).
