Hi from a very cold oklahoma

Bertrand was working with me to solve a problem of getting stock
charts to populate using an IB Arca feed. We did not solve this and
I was hoping that the next update would be helpful, but same problem
seems to appear.

Says unable to subscribe to market data. Please assign an additional
exchange to this instrument in the instrument manager. I added ARCA
in the instrument manager but still does not seem to recognize it.

Yes, please use TWS 900 from our connection guide page for IB as this is the supported one now for latest 6.5 and 7.

Hi Lynn, thanks for testing - I remember last time you could access the data with the IB demo as expected, is this still the case? Would likely need to again on your machine via LogMeIn to check...or did you perhaps create a paper account in the meantime we could use to reproduce here?

Thanks Lynn - will need to check into tomorrow will contact you then on Skype. Just checked the normal IB demo account on latest beta and was able to get the data.

Any progress on solving the ARCA charting ?

I cannot get the RTH on stocks to stick as the default,
not sure if this is a bug or something i am doing incorrectly.

Hi Lynn, what eaxct issue are you seeing on NT 7 beta 8 with TWS 900.6? No realtime data, no historical data or both? Or do you refer to the issue to changing the symbol by typing into the chart?
