Strange Chart Trader Bug

I entered a long trade (see Screenshot Before fill) at 1120.7 .. on sim. order was filled at this price.

N7 put my order entry/fill line for chart trader at 1122.1 ..this totally freaked me out.
It did this on the previous trade so I was avle to reproduce by re-entering a new trade using chart trader and take screen shots that have been attached.

Note that the account performance information trade # 5 is correct as per what was supposed to hapen/price etc. Chart trader simply showed the wrong entry price and wrong profit calculations... this is pretty scary when it happens as it is not correct

Exiting and restarting the N7 Application caused the problem to not occur on the next trade.

The only way to catch this is to ask you questions when it happens in real-time.

If you see this again...

- Please do not close the position
- Let us know
- We would want to see what the Control Center "Position Tab" avg price is
- We would want the Control Center "Executions" tab exported to Excel
- Likely will want your database

This would be a start to understanding what happened.

Ok. No problem. I will watch for it. I have 3 or 4 screenshots where it it did it 2 or 3 times in a row...have not seen it before or since.

IT JUST DID IT.

I believe the following caused it to happen: on the last trade I went long... 1 contract... I hit the reverse button in chart trader... It reversed my position ...w/ 2 contracts... and those 2 contracts were stopped out at BE based on my move stop in my strategy...

What was odd though is that my original position ... was still there -1.3 points after the "reverse" contracts were closed.

I clicked the close button...

I then for grins entered another long ...just to see what would happen and ....viola .. It occurred again ... I may be wrong ...but it seems that it did.

I am not sure If it did AGAIN or not.
I do not want to waste time jumping to conclusions ... or with maybes..I can guess your work load.... It seems it should do it again. I will track it better and be prepared next time to send you whatever you require.

The SECOND issue where reversing doubling the # of Contracts...

Can you reproduce this double up on reverse at will?

Sometimes ...also I had have never seen it do it prior to THIS release.. once it starts doing it, it will do it again and again until some "random" factor occurs then it will start working properly after X number of reverses.

I think the best thing for me to do is to uninstall and reinstall clean. I have such strange stuff happening and this database has been rolling forward through beta release after beta release. It is impossible for me to trade live $ with the issues I am having now and most everyone else seems to be moving along fine. It has been fine because I have been on sim as I modify my trading plan .. but my live account needs attention and I am hesitant to "reverse" on this database... and then have the same thing happen on a live account...and not sim

I use chart trader and TICK/VOLUME charts exclusively and the best I can hope for is a clean reinstall to resolve the issues .. If it does not and these 2 issues reproduce... then you will have a lot smaller chunk of data to deal with for debugging if I have to send my workspace.
